UPM's Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Industry & Community Relations), organized Industry and Community Appreciation (ICAN 2017) on 19 April 2017 at Le Meridian, Putrajaya aims to appreciate the contribution of industry partners and the community.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of 'Jaringan Industri dan Komuniti Berimpak Tinggi UPM" award to appreciate the contribution of industry partners and community, academic and non-academic staff and UPM student who have excelled in contributing in community programme and industry linkages in 2016.
